God is doing a deep work in us, so that He can do a deep work through us…
I know what it feels like to not recognize yourself anymore.
In my early 30s, at a point in my life when everything looked fine from the outside, I fell apart on the inside. Severe mental health challenges took over my daily life. I was on multiple medications just to function. I was a physical therapist with decades of training, and I could not fix myself.
What eventually changed everything was not another prescription. It was the realization that my body was not broken. It was depleted. Dysregulated. Asking for something different.
When I changed the way I nourished my body, supported my nervous system, and approached my daily rhythms, something shifted. Slowly, then completely. That restoration has held for over 20 years.
That experience is the foundation of everything I do.
From the clinic to the root cause
I spent 30 years as a physical therapist in conventional medicine, which gave me a deep understanding of the body and how it works. But clinical practice kept asking me the same question I could not fully answer there: what is really driving this underneath?
That question led me into functional medicine and integrative health coaching, where I could finally work with the whole woman, not just the symptom in front of me.
I am trained in functional medicine, hold a Christian Health Practitioner certification, and am completing advanced certification in perimenopause and menopause care. I bring all of it, the science, the lived experience, and the faith, into the work I do with clients.
What I believe about healing
Your body was designed to heal. Not just to cope, not just to manage, but to genuinely restore.
When we remove what is working against you, replenish what has been depleted, and create conditions of safety in the body and the nervous system, healing becomes possible in ways that feel almost surprising. Women tell me they had forgotten what it felt like to feel this way.
That is not magic. That is alignment.
Who I work with
I work with midlife women who know something is off but keep being told their labs are normal. Women who are anxious, exhausted, and frustrated. Women who have tried to do everything right and still do not feel like themselves.
If that is you, I want you to know: you are not falling apart. Your body is asking for support. And there is a path forward.
I would be honored to walk it with you.
